Who is Youssef Sharif Rizkallah
Rizkallah graduated from the Jesuit School in 1961, before graduating from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at Cairo University in 1966. He worked as an editor and then chief editor for news bulletins in monitoring news in the Radio and Television Union.
