Warner Bros had announced the change of the date for the Fantastic Beasts 3 movie again, as it was scheduled to be shown in mid-November 2021, but it was postponed to November 12, 2022, and the date went back again to be on July 15, 2022, and this was announced. The decision is just days after world star Johnny Depp was dismissed after he lost the defamation case against The Sun newspaper.
Depp's exit from the "Fantastic Beasts" series comes days after he lost a defamation case against News Group Newspears, publisher of The Sun, and executive editor of the tabloid Dan Wootton over a 2018 article alleging he was a "wife striker," and Depp confirmed that he intends to appeal the verdict.
