HP completes acquisition of HyperX
HP today announced the completion of its acquisition of HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology. This acquisition supports HP's strategy to drive growth in its personal systems business, where gaming and gaming accessories are important and attractive segments.

The award-winning HyperX range of products includes various gaming accessories such as headphones, keyboards, mouse units, mouse pads, USB microphones and accessories for home appliances.
As previously announced, the transaction price is $425 million. The acquisition is expected to be cumulative on a non-GAAP basis for HP in the first full year after closing.
