Vasily Nebenzia, the Russian delegate to the Security Council: Ukraine is trying to stir up industrial hysteria
Russia's representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, said today (Friday) that Kyiv is trying to provoke industrial hysteria, according to Al-Arabiya TV channel.
In his speech during the emergency session of the Security Council, Nebenzia added that talk about the attack by our forces on a nuclear facility in Ukraine was a "lie."
He stressed that Russian forces are protecting the Zaporizhia nuclear plant in Ukraine, noting that the facility and the six reactors are safe and operating normally.
And he added, "His country's forces are making an effort for the safe evacuation of civilians in Ukraine."
