Nicole, who filed for divorce in October citing "irreconcilable differences," has been married to Paul for eight years and listed June 29, 2023, as their date of separation. She is seeking legal and physical custody of their four children while proposing visitation rights for Paul.

Paul Soliz, a father of nine children from different relationships, was reportedly hired by Britney's team in 2022 to oversee household matters at her California residence.
